First wash cauliflower and grate this ,now take water in deep pan add salt in it and keep on gas,when boiled add grated cauliflower in it and boil it only 2 min and strain it all water from it and keep aside to cool it,when cool squeeze all water with palm and keep aside it for next step.
Now add chopped ginger,garlic,green chilli,mashed potato and paneer,black and white powder,chopped corriender,lemon juice,corn starch and salt in it and mix well and keep it in fridge for an hour.
After an hour,take out cauliflower masala dough from fridge and make equal size round shaped ball of it and filled chopped and roaste pista in centre and cover it nicely from all sides and fry it in slow to medium flame till light brown in colour.
For curry,take garlic,ginger,cumin seeds cashew nuts and green chilli in mixer jar and grind it and make paste of it.
Now hot oil in pan add chopped onion in it after a min add garlic,cashew and chilli paste in it,stir for a min and add whisk curd in it after a min add diced capsicum and onion in it and stir it.
Now add black and white pepper in it and mix it,now add mayonnaise and cream in it and cook it for 2-3 min.
Finish it with add sugar in it and mix well.
Garnish with some fresh corriender and serve it hot.
Tip ...Add fry kofta in gravy at time to serve.
